Event Rental Policies

• Prices are for two hour parties.
• For parties over 50 people, extra charge of $250 for 2 hours ( We will make the venue fully private ).
• Deposit of 50% of the rental fee required to book a party (due at time of reservation). 
• Rates are for rental of all 8 lanes(entire downstairs), party room, shoes*, bumpers upon request.
• *Kids need to wear white-soled tennis/athletic shoes.
• 15 minute party set-up time.
• Outside catering subject to additional fee.
• All beverages must be purchased from Montrose Bowl.
• Client is responsible for all guests behavior and actions. ONE ADULT REQUIRED ON EACH LANE TO SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. 
• Client will be responsible and liable for any damages caused to Montrose Bowl property. Credit Cards on file will be charged for such damages. 
• Guests are NOT permitted to walk on the bowling lanes AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, doing so could result in serious injury and/or dismissal of that guest and/or termination of your entire event immediately. 
• Montrose Bowl reserves the right to refuse service and/or shut down bowling lanes for inappropriate behavior or misuse of our bowling lanes.
• Should one of the lanes break there will not be a refund of any kind. If two or more lanes go down and not from misuse you will be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of time and number of lanes that went down.
• 100 Person Occupancy (normal capacity)
• Prices are subject to change.
• Holiday prices:
  Thanksgiving weekend and Dec 10 – 31
  an extra $150 will be added to each hour.
